HVAC Services Technician
Martens Plumbing & Heating has proudly served Mukwonago and surrounding communities for over 70 years. As a locally owned and operated company, we value quality workmanship, exceptional customer service, and strong relationships with both our clients and employees.
We are seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our team. If you enjoy solving problems, helping homeowners stay comfortable year-round, and working for a company that values your expertise, we’d love to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, service, repair, and maintain residential heating and cooling systems.
- Perform preventative maintenance on furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and indoor air quality equipment.
- Experience in working with sheet metal.
- Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical HVAC system issues.
- Test, calibrate, and verify proper system performance.
- Communicate findings and repair recommendations clearly with clients.
- Educate homeowners on system operation and maintenance best practices.
- Complete service tickets and job documentation accurately.
- Maintain a clean, professional appearance and work environment.
- Follow all company safety policies and industry regulations.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of HVAC service and repair experience.
- Strong understanding of residential HVAC systems and controls.
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot equipment efficiently.
- Familiar with local building codes and regulations.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with team members.
- Commitment to quality workmanship and client satisfaction.
