Plumbing Technician
We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Plumbing Service Technician to join our team. As a Plumbing Service Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems for our residential and commercial customers. If you have a strong background in plumbing, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to providing top-notch service, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Respond to service calls in a timely manner and perform plumbing repairs, installations, and maintenance tasks.
- Diagnose plumbing system issues and provide effective solutions to customers.
- Repair or replace damaged or malfunctioning plumbing fixtures, such as faucets, toilets, sinks, and water heaters.
- Clear clogged drains, pipes, and sewer lines using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Perform inspections and maintenance on plumbing systems to identify potential problems and ensure proper functioning.
- Collaborate with customers to understand their plumbing needs and provide expert recommendations or options.
- Install new plumbing systems or components following the required building codes and industry standards.
- Keep accurate records of services performed, parts used, and customer interactions.
- Adhere to safety protocols, company policies, and industry regulations at all times.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years plumbing experience.
- Preferred Wisconsin Journeyman Plumbing License.
- In-depth knowledge of plumbing systems, fixtures, and codes.
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in using plumbing tools and equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
